On the following day I thought a lot about what I had experienced. It came back to me how a clairvoyant had once told me that the meaning of this life of mine was to find love and find myself as well. At that time I didn't understand the suggestion at all because I was a young adult, and, in my opinion, I had already built for myself a relatively solid identity. Later, when I started reading spiritual literature, I saw that the concept "self" meant something else than a psychological identity. I grasped it somewhere along the lines that I should give up my identity to find myself: to move from identity to self, at which resistance awoke in me immediately. Edith Bunker, the mother in the TV-series All In The Family, came to my mind: to me, her identity boundaries were impressionistic and drawn in the water, to say the least. Would I, too, become a figure like her, strolling around with my head tilted and with submissive eyes? I realized that it was about finding some kind of a spiritual self. The strong need to be myself which I had experienced meant that I wanted to be outwardly like I was on the inside; that my outward behavior would reflect consistently and constantly my inner values and feelings. But what actually was the difference between a psychological self and a spiritual self? The matter seemed difficult enough so I decided to ask Uranus about it.

- Please, close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly three times, Uranus began. - You feel how your mind and body relaxes. After this, I want you to use your mind to slow down your respiration when you breathe in and out more slowly and more calmly, and relax and calm down with every breath. I want to start this situation by taking you to meet your self, the true light being that you yourself are. Keep your mind concentrated on your breathing and let it just guide your breathing, slowing it down all the time. In this way you breathe in and out slower and more calmly, your mind relaxes and the functions of your body calm down.

Now you see a ball of light approaching you inside your mind. This beautiful ball of light begins to take shape, and you meet your own guardian angel. Your own guardian angel is here, and you reach out your hand to him. He is guarding you the whole time, and you let him guide you. He starts conducting you, for he knows. You let him conduct and guide you, you move forward hand in hand, and as you keep moving hand in hand, light is increasing all the time. In the end, you are walking in pure light, and in that pure light in front of you, you see a very beautiful light the beauty of which makes you cry inside. When approaching this light, you know: "There is me, the true me. There is my self, my true self, what I truly am".


You approach your true self, the very beautiful light. The guardian angel lets go of your hand and you step into your true self, into this beautiful light, into what you truly are. You are merged in yourself and you are mere beautiful light. You are this and you know what you are. You give your hand back to your guardian angel, and he begins to guide you back into this space, into this room and into your own body. You are moving safely and securely your hand in his hand, for he knows. You see this room and your own body, and you approach your own body. Your guardian angel helps you into your body gently and surely, and you can feel his presence clearly, surely and intensely. Now, I want you to breathe very strongly in and out three times, in this way activating the functioning of your body into this moment. You can feel all the time the presence of your guardian angel intensely, for he is there near you all the time.
