You step into this ball of light and are one with it. Say in your mind: "I want to get to the subconscious". After your command, the ball starts moving and plunges into the dark. As it goes deeper into the dark, it illuminates. The light increases and illuminates brighter and brighter.

The ball of light is moving very consciously. It knows how to build a bridge of light, love and understanding between you and your subconscious. When the task is performed, the ball of light starts moving back into the room of light. You step out of the ball and thank it. The ball of light leaves but its tinkle, a chord, remains ringing in your heart, reinforced. It is living there all the time telling about this reality.

You thank the room of light, see the golden triangle, the gate of light, and start moving towards it. You step out through it into this space, into yourself. Thank the golden triangle, the gate of light, and you see how it closes and vanishes.

You feel the strengthened pulse of your heart. You feel and are aware of the state of its energy, how it is ringing in its own way and is telling you about reality all the time.
